We are open to work with any and all people groups, however, we are governed by Christian principals based on a biblical worldview. We believe that the Bible is the perfect Word of God, infallible, inerrant, and not subject to man’s interpretation. Therefore, biblical values will determine how we lead and make decisions for this organization.

We aim to cultivate and foster deep and meaningful relationships with all those we encounter and strive to lead by example to model true, Christ-like love.

We believe that all people are created in the image and likeness of God. Our heart is to love people within every circumstance and situation while encouraging healthy personal and Spiritual growth.

Our objective is to engage the community by producing content that that is both artistic and relatable to a variety of audiences as well as developing and nurturing a “family” environment for artists, crew, administration and all involved so that they know they have a place where they belong.

We strive to do the best that we can with what we have.  This applies to all aspects of our organization, from production and artistic aspects, to the character and integrity of our leadership.

We value progress over perfection, and realize that staying teachable will open us up to better ourselves, broaden our skillset, and ultimately advance our mission.

While we are far from perfect, we look to Jesus’ example to govern our personal and professional decisions.  This standard should be apparent and upheld in all aspects of our lives.

We exist to glorify God alone.  He is the ultimate Creator and we acknowledge that the art that we present, ultimately comes from Him and that we are only vessels used to show it to the world and convey His message.

We recognize that proper training lays the foundation to build endless creative possibilities. It constructs the framework where freedom of expression and personal connection can collide and inspire growth.

As leaders and artists, we seek growth within ourselves and our skillset through continual education and we desire to use the knowledge and experience we’ve gained to equip those within this organization, in our communities, and in the Church.

Our greatest desire is to see lives radically changed.  Everything we do, and everything we work for is to see that Kingdom impact.
